Test Realm - Bug Fixes, Major Improvements and New Gear!

The Pirate101 Test Realm just released, nothing really big here, just general bug fixes, and the most important being the improvements in early game, ship vs ship and companion wise.
The Kraken Skull companions got "buffed" (got stronger), they gained mostly new epics, there's also new Skull Island gear for you pirate to find hidden on chests around the world, it looks neat, can't wait to see the in-game version!

Test Realm - Henchmen are here to help!

The Pirate101 Test Realm is open again with a new addition: Henchmen!
Having a tough day on a battle, your companions are almost all leaving the battle board? With a small amount of crowns you can buy a henchmen to help you climb to victory.
There are also some small changes that you can check here!

Gifting, Class Housing, New Crown Shop Items, Yum-n-ade and much more!

KI released a update today, and what a great update it is!
We pirates can now gift, so let the gift fever spread around, there are 5 new class-themed houses, each one costs 10,000 crowns, or 100,000 gold if ye are rich on gold!
The other two houses also have their prices cut, now for 50,000 gold you can get a cool looking house.
There are also new items, including elixirs that let you have more houses or more items on a house.
Another new great thing are the Teleporters, just like in W101 you can teleport between houses and make your own creations with them.
There's also Ryan's Yum-n-ade, Ryan was a kid from the Make-a-Wish foundation, KI made his dream come true, he went to the offices of KI, got to know the team and upcoming updates and even got a chance to be imortalized in the game as Ryan the Relentless, you can go to him now to restore your health for just 100 gold!

Pirate101 Test Realm - #3

Marleybone and Aquila

Everybody get pumped, the new big update is here for you to test it, click here to download now the Test Realm.

Pirate101 Test Realm! - #2

Stitching the Tide

If you have a membership or purchased Crowns on the last 30 days, get on to stitching because the Test Realm is on!

• Eloise Merryweather has made her way to all the worlds of Pirate101 and will now be found in the proximity of Prospector Zeke throughout the Spiral. For a small Crowns fee, she will allow you to transfer the Stats of one item onto the Appearance of another.
• Step 1: Select the item you want to use for the Appearance.
• Step 2: Select the item you want to use for the Stats.
• Step 3: Click Create and you'll have a whole new outfit with the look and stats you want combined into one!
• New players will encounter Premium Areas earlier than previously. However, both of the following new Premium Areas will be given to all accounts that have existing characters created before these updates are released to the live game:
• Prologue: Part 1—the first Premium Area will be encountered during the Quest "A Good Ship?" after talking to Dockmaster Dan.
• Prologue: Part 2—the second Premium Area will be encountered during the Quest "To Jonah Town" just before players dock to Jonah Town.

Pirate101 Test Realm! - #1

The First Pirate101 Test Realm Opens!

Yesterday, the first Pirate101 Test Realm was announced and if you have a membership, or bought crowns in the last 30 days, you can download it now here.

I will quote what I think it's the most important things:

• Increased running speed of many units in combat to decrease waiting time.
• Changed the rules for late arrivals to combat! The goal was to make players joining a multiplayer combat less painful for the person already in combat.
• Combat occurs as it would normally if a player arrives in combat on the first round. Players will appear on the left side of screen with their companions and multiple creatures will appear on the right side as expected.
•  Fixed the quest “If I was a Rich Rooster” so the Buffaloons now correctly drop their hides.
• Further adjusted the drop rate of White Buffaloon meat for the quest “Hungry Like the Wolf,” and made changes to the difficulty of defeating the associated buffaloons.  
• The White Buffaloons have mysteriously departed and in their stead come the striped Bumbaloons! The spiral is sure to be buzzzzzing about these creatures!
• Changed the Goronado companion so he will now promote correctly.
• Adjusted the size of some larger companions so they now appear smaller when following the player in the world, which corrects a few camera issues. These units will be full-sized in combat.
