New Yuletide Companions!

New Yuletide companions arrived at the Spiral, the Mistle Toad and the Prince Yulefest companion, both are in the Crown Shop for only 3995 crowns each!
These new companions are both of the Musketeer class, Mistle Toad is a kind of "anti-musketeer" but both of them are good with muskets for sure.
Prince Yulefest can learn 2 epics, about 16 talents and has a range of 4, Mistle Toad is the same, 2 epics, 16 talents but also has jump and pirate which could make him very good in broadside combat, so you maybe want to stick with him when you're going to defeat some ships hand-to-hand.

New pets, free gold and sales!

In the last 3 days of the 12 Days of the Spiral we got quite a few surprises.
The Crown Shop received 3 new festive pets, the Candy Cane Dragon, the red Baubleloon and the green Baubleloon, all there to fight alongside you with the holiday ways!
You can also get some free lot until the 18th of this month, go redeem it now because your pirate could get anywhere from 1,000 to 5,000 gold! Click here to redeem the code to your account.
Lastly, yesterday there was a 50% sale on the class houses, you could get a cool house for half the price in crowns, those are awesome sales let me tell you.

The Yuletide Items are back

The Crown Shop is filled with seasonal weapons, Holiday items and much more on the 4th day of 12 Days of the Spiral.
Get them quick because they will vanish once the event ends, the Yule Trogg is also back, he may not be the best companion out there but he certainly shares the Yuletide spirit.

KingsIsle Writing Contest

As part of the 12 Days of the Spiral, in the 3rd day KingsIsle has started a contest in which some selected people will win 60,000 crowns!!!
What you have to do is to answer the following question: What has Wizard101 or Pirate101 ment to you/and or your family in the past year?

Candy swords, winter eyepatches and wrapped gifts

In this second day of the 12 Days of the Spiral, both players in Wizard101 and in Pirate101 will get a random free Christmas themed gift.
In pirates the gifts range from wrapped housing items, to winter eyepatches and candy staffs or swords, I myself got a candle staff, which looks quite nice to light up your way through the dirty sewers in Marleybone or Skull Island, and to use in fights of course.

12 Days of the Spiral kicked out yesterday with the arrival of 2013's charity mount, this year we have a santa elephant, also know as Noelephant!
Ride and ring the bells in both Wizard101 and Pirate101, but if you want one of these, you better hurry up as they will be gone once this holiday season ends.
By buying the mount you will contribute up to a $50,000 donation between three organizations devoted to helping children: the Austin Children's Shelter, Make-A-Wish® Central & South Texas and Children's Medical Center at Legacy. 

Pirate101 Mania 1st Blog Party was awesome!

The party is over (it was about 2 hours long) and it was pretty cool.
If I remember (yeah my memory isn't the best >_>) there were about 6-7 people.
It was very good, thanks to those who made it (if I remember, Peabotz and Le Poncho from Central, Devereaux from her very cool blog, Matthew that doesn't have a Central account and didn't even knew about the party but happily joined it and someone else who I'm sorry I forgot what's her central name).
The winner of the race with 3 persons was Morgan, got her what I could.
We got lots of gold, some stuff to sell and Phule's Wand, in about 30-60 mins of farming, can't remember the correct time.
I have some screenshots that I will leave here (I also got my first house :D), thank you all for coming and I hope you return next year!!

The Map and the Ninja!

Pirates of the Spiral, how are ya?
This week, some people got a strange mail at home, the Marco Pollo's Map!!
If you ever subscribed to Wizard101 and you live in the US, watch out for your mail, cause you may get one of these, some people already got it, and it looks like this:

Pirate101 End of Beta Party!

ARRR MATEYS!! How were your travelin's goin'? Yesterday, there was the final Beta day, the End of Beta Party that was organizated by Paige, it was so cool, everyone was saying goodbye to Beta and was a huge party, if you weren't there, don't worry, I have some screenshots for you!
